What’s Included:

  • With your venue investment, we provide access to the property for your engagement or bridal photo session.

  • Classic Seating - 200 Chairs included (Choice of 3 styles of chair plus (21) 60” round, (3) 8ft buffet tables, (3) 6ft tables, (1) 48” round table perfect for your cake table, and (4) 8ft farm tables are all included). We also include up to (10) 30” round cocktail tables. Additional chairs for ceremony seating can be provided for standard rental rates.

  • Exclusive event space the weekend of your wedding - you will have access to over 500 acres with multiple sites for intimate weddings or large groups. We host only one wedding per day.

  • Our 8000 square foot Event Barn offers a 300+ guest capacity with covered porches, beautiful DRAPING (a $5000 value), a built-in bar, ADA restrooms, a large stage, upgraded lighting, caterer’s prep kitchen and polished concrete throughout that could be used as your dance floor.

  • Our Wedding Chapel with built in pews to accommodate approximately 150 guests - our open-air chapel set at the end of our iconic Oak Avenue offers a beautiful setting for your ceremony. This chapel (currently under construction) is included in your venue rental and will be an excellent rainy day option, allowing you the peace-of-mind of knowing your guests will have a sheltered area for your ceremony without the need to rent a tent or host the ceremony in the barn. We will also have a bell-tower in the chapel for you to ring at the conclusion of your ceremony.

  • “Something Borrowed” - We can provide either a hexagon arch or a wooden cross to use at your ceremony site.

  • Golf Cart Service - on your wedding day we will provide a 6 person golf cart with driver for 5 hours. This is a wonderful service to transport your guests from parking to ceremony to reception, or have us start earlier in the day to move you and your wedding party around the property for photos. (Additional hours available to rent for additional fee.)

  • A Covered Dumpster - We will provide a covered dumpster at the back of the event barn for the disposal of all event trash. This saves you from paying your caterers and bar service to haul off trash at the end of your event.

Exclusive Weekend Package

Spend your entire wedding weekend with us, from 9am Friday through noon on Sunday. This rate includes the use of all 5 homes on 515 acres with enough space for 13 couples as well as the exclusive use of the venue with multiple sites for your wedding, rehearsal dinner etc. This price also includes our open-air wedding chapel and chairs for up to 200 guests with your choice of 3 types of chairs, round tables and 8 foot long farm tables. Entertain your friends and family with fishing, kayaking, bird watching and biking on the multiple trails and forested acreage surrounding the estate.

WE EXCLUSIVELY HOST WEEKEND PACKAGES

We require all couples to provide an event policy listing Eden at Gracefield, LLC as an additional named insured, and including Host Liquor Liability. This is in addition to your bar services liability insurance for the serving of alcohol on the property. Get a Quote HERE
