It’s helpful to have a clear idea of your total wedding budget before visiting.

— We understand you just got engaged and the last thing you want to discuss is money! But we also know from experience that it’s not realistic to host an extremely large event for 200 guests with a budget under $15k. We don’t want you to fall in love with our venue and then be heartbroken if the numbers don’t work. As a general guideline most couples should expect to invest about 25% of their total wedding budget on the venue itself.

Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with your initial tour.

—We host an open house once a month where you are welcome to bring additional people to view the venue, such as your florist, caterer etc. Anyone who needs to be involved in making the decision to book should come with you for your guided tour so that you can get your date before it’s taken. (As a reminder, we do not hold dates without a signed contract and deposit.)

— We do our best to update our available dates on our website daily, however your date may be booked between the time you schedule a tour and actually see the venue. We recommend you check the website frequently to make sure we have dates you are interested in before your tour.

If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.

We are frequently away from the estate maintaining other properties so we really appreciate when couples let us know if they can’t make their tour.
